CCI has released its report on solutions to the serious water quality, public health and environmental problems caused by polluted urban and stormwater runoff. The Water Quality Improvement Project Report is the result of two years of research and analysis, and was developed by CCI in collaboration with a team of skilled experts. The report evaluates the potential for creating new, long-term regional funding for critically-needed water quality improvement projects in L.A. County to clean up polluted runoff.
